Is my data really hosted in France?+
Yes, on OVHcloud servers in Roubaix and Strasbourg, ISO 27001 certified and SecNumCloud-ready. Encrypted backups at rest, native GDPR, records of processing available to you.
Can I migrate from another tool or an Excel file?+
Yes. Meskasas imports your units, leases and history from CSV or Excel, or directly from Rentila, ImmoFacile and several others. Our team can handle migration on the Business plan.
Does the e-signature have real legal value?+
Yes — eIDAS 'advanced' electronic signature, compliant with European regulation and enforceable in France. Certificate issued by our qualified partner.
How do tenant online payments work?+
Your tenants can pay by card or SEPA direct debit from their portal. Funds land directly on your bank account — Meskasas never holds the money.
What if I need more than my 1 free property?+
